The Ketosource Hiring Process

These are the steps you'll go through from application to starting work with us for any role you apply for at Ketosource.

Step 1 - Application Assessment

The information you sent in your initial application will be assessed for fit with Ketosource's culture and the standards of the role you applied for.

Step 2 - Self-Tests

You'll undertake some cognitive testing online that help to assess your potential.

Step 3 - Self-Interview

Self-interview through our automated video interview system
This is like an interview but you do it in your own time, and can redo answers to any questions. We want to get to know your best self better.

Step 4 - Main Interview Preparation - Psychometrics

Once you’ve got to this stage you’re in a short list.
You’ll first take our Psychometric panel prior to face-to-face interviews.
This provides objective data to ground and focus the interview’s discourse to make the most of interview time together.

Step 5 - Main Interview with Founder/ CEO

This 1-on-1 video conference interview gives you the opportunity to ask any questions of the founder you want, and get to know who you’ll be working directly with.
Damien will want to learn as much as he can about you, and your work to understand your experience and explore your role fit at length.

Step 6 - Paid Test Project

You will be paid for a 1 day / 8 hour test project to evaluate your abilities. Your output from this project will be evaluated for the hiring process.
Prior to starting the test project you will complete some Tech Readiness Tests (e.g. internet speed)

Step 7 - Meet the Team

At this stage we want you to meet the team in a relaxed environment.
You’ll be invited to briefly meet the rest of Ketosource in a general meeting to get a feel for the people you’ll work with.

Step 8 - Reference Checks

Your references are checked on this step including 2 from your last two direct managers.
We have a streamlined process for this to make it quick and easy for you and your referees. You will reach out and have your referees submit their references conveniently via our online system.

Step 9 - Last Interview & Final Details Sign Off with CEO

This is your last interview, but mostly about organising our future together. It's here where Damien will finalise any last details with you.
Damien will review your scoreboard from the hiring process to openly discuss your fit with the role, and any particular strengths or weaknesses.

Damien and you will talk through the role, contract, pay and make sure expectations are aligned on both sides so that you thrive at Ketosource.
