This is where you’ll access all of our live trainings plus special bonus trainings leading up to the challenge and throughout the 4 days we spend together.

Post in the Facebook group to let the rest of the community know you've arrived!
You'll find they are super welcoming and supportive. They're all-in just like you to make the most of the challenge.
To do this just post to say "Hi" with a couple of details for people to start to get to know you:
1. Your name
2. Where you’re from
Simple! But the best way to get started! You'll see many others have already done this. Join them!
STEP 3
access your challenge workbook
Your Keto Results Challenge workbook will be your guide to completing each day’s “Action Step” so you can come out on the other side of this challenge with tangible results!
The workbook guides you through the challenge so you can win giveaway prizes each day. So make sure to download and have it ready!
STEP 4
access THE CHALLENGE scoreBOARD, JOURNEY TRACKER, and the bonus prize fun
This challenge has been designed to be fun and motivating from every perspective.
That's why we're giving away some great prizes. It adds that extra motivation for you.
And you'll quickly find out that the Scoreboard and the Journey Tracker boards make this whole journey more fun - and will naturally feed you with more motivation to make this happen.
We've found that people who join the scoreboard and journey tracker get the best results.
So make sure to do this even if you're not that excited about the great prizes. It's part of what will make this challenge work for you.
