Elliott Egan MSc.

Elliott is an Associate Nutritionist with the AfN. His background is in BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science from the University of Sheffield. In his final year, he specialised in neuroscience, stem cell biology and cell chronobiology. He holds an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Surrey. His main interests were ketogenic diets, fasting and body composition. His research project investigated the effect of low-carbohydrate high-fat diet guidance on body composition, eating patterns, and metabolism. Elliott joined Ketosource as a Nutritional Consultant in January 2018. Now in charge of our lab department, he focuses on advanced biomarkers for ketogenic diets, performance, and longevity. He developed our MCT oil for fat loss course. Working across platforms, Elliott works with clients to exceed various performance and longevity goals. His current research is on micronutrients, optimisation, and ageing.
